This top belongs in CREWCUTS
October 9, 2026The look is very "baby doll" and too babyish for an adult who's not looking to go back to her teen years. IRL, the front is way shorter, the back is way longer. Shows way too much belly if you have a larger chest that pulls up the front even more. Plus it's tight across the chest while having large floppy armpits. Not a good fit. Could have had a better shape, especially since it has a side zip -- you don't put it on by pulling overhead. I bought it as a final sale so could not return. So I gave it to my pre-teen to wear with a camisole and it looks ok on her. Fabric is low quality but the bows are cute on a kid. This top simply does not belong in J.Crew. It belongs in CREWCUTS!

Cute gingham bow tie top
September 10, 2026I bought this 2 weeks ago and it fits small. I have the XS and wished I got the small. I had to untie the first bow to get my head through. The top has no give so I was careful not to tear the delicate material. It is cute and I have worn it a few times though. Length is fine.
