Mostly works for petites
July 23, 2021I ordered this in a 0 regular, I’m generally a size xs or xxs, 26 in jeans. 32ddd, 132lbs and 5’2”. It’s adorable. I can pull it on without needing to unzip, I don’t care for the half lining but it’s not annoying-would be lighter weight without it. I do with it had bra snaps, the only thing I find to be less than perfect is that the straps as a bit long on me and fairly wide across my shoulders so they occasionally slip and don’t feel as secure as I’d like. Nothing a little tailoring won’t fix.

July 8, 2021IRL, it looks as vibrant as pictured, and fits as lovely, too. Great quality, lightweight and comfortable. Runs TTS for J Crew, which of course, is slightly larger than other brands. For reference, I purchased a size 2, and my measurements are 34-27-38.

Cute but terrible fit
May 30, 2021I was so excited for this dress but it's at least one full size too large, maybe more. Definitely too large to even have tailored. For reference, I'm 5'4" 110 lbs and ordered my normal size 0. I wish I could exchange it for a smaller size but it was final sale. I wish J.Crew had better size integrity.

Great Petite Option
May 19, 2021Colors are beautiful and fit is easy. 32DD/5'0/102 lbs for reference. I took a 00 in this. The hem hit at my ankles. It's a lovely, flowy fit. If you also have the "Smocked-waist dress in Liberty® Carline rose print" from this earlier this spring, the fit is identical in my opinion. Definitely worth at least trying as the colors are beautiful and the fabric is perfect for summer!

Unflattering
May 17, 2021I wanted to love this dress so much. The colors are amazing. BUT I’m a short, curvy person and this dress is definitely not for me. I purchased this dress in a size 8 and it’s true to size. However, it’s not flattering at all. The bodice is very small and square- half of my chest was smooshed by the elastic. I thought it would be more flowy but it’s an odd mermaid style bottom. I think it’s meant for a more slender body type.
