Gathered-waist silk midi dress

This dress runs true to size, not large and not small, but true to size. The fabric is not a nice silk, as one would expect silk to be. It's not particularly flattering, I would guess, for most body types. It may work for some, but it's risky w/ the final sale. If I had to do over, I would not have purchased it this way.

Gorgeous dress, it can be dressed up or down, it's delicate and beautiful. True fit recommended size 4 and it fits me like a glove. Five Stars!

I am typically a size 8/8 petite in J Crew dresses. Even with my 34DDD bust the 8 was too large, the 6 was a much better fit. Wrinkles easily came out with a few passes of my steamer, and the dress was comfortable all night long.
