Wallace & Barnes merino wool Donegal collared sweater

Absolutely love these sweaters. First I bought it in green and it was such a nice sweater that had to buy it in the light grey also. I love the style, the fit and the Donegal merino wool is not only looks great but keeps you warm too

I'm a petite woman - (5'2", 113 lbs.) and have ordered several W&B sweaters in cotton and wool in size Small or X-Small, depending on the actual garment measures. I got this one in a Small. They are usually a bit long, but the waist nips in snug so it's easy to make a flattering fold. Otherwise, it fits perfectly. I wear it over a turtle neck and the wool is warm, not itchy at all. It has a very nice shape. Better quality than typical women's sweaters and I get lots of compliments on it. Only comment is that it looked white in the picture but is actually a tan color. Still very happy with it.

What can I say... I love it so much and got it in both colors.. They are different than just your typical collared sweater.

Athletics built(5'7 160lbs) but this thing runs a bit large. Wearing a t-shirt underneath and still has space in the shoulder(chest is 38) and gut. I was hoping for a lighter grey that is more playful but this is a bit darker and serious. It's thick but you can still see some light through it. I think sizing down would have been helpful. Slightly itchy but that's wool. Made in China
