Classic denim jacket

From all the reviews I was nervous about ordering the wrong size. I normally wear a size 2 in J. Crew coats & jackets so went with my usual size Small. I am 5"5" 120lbs. As many reviewers stated it does run a bit on the small side / While it's not particularly roomy in a size Small I do like the way it looks, kind of fitted, so I am keeping the size small. The sleeves are also on the shorter side but work just fine for me and also look cute rolled up a bit. I am happy with this purchase overall. I had debated which was to get, but glad I went with this one as it had more reviews - it's a classic and perfect for spring.

I am 5'1" about 150 lbs. I have a short torso and a medium-large size chest. I ordered this jacket in both Medium and Large because I wasn't sure which size would fit me best. They both fit fine, but the Large gave me more room in the arms and shoulders and had a slightly looser fit. I prefer this type of fit so that I can wear a sweater or a few layers underneath and have a little bit of room for shrinkage in the wash, so I went with the Large. If I had preferred a more fitted look and only wanted to wear with lighter shirts, then I would have stuck with the Medium. Overall, I would say true to size. I love the wash and the copper buttons, and the denim is pretty soft, not stiff. This definitely gives a "classic" denim jacket look!
