September 21, 2024I purchased during a presale… and after a long wait I was great disappointed in the quality of the hat. It’s horrible. If it weren’t so expensive I’d take the patch off and put it on a much better quality trucker hat but not for the price point that this is selling for. So disappointing.

August 13, 2024This was supposed to ship in July but was delayed. I received 4 different updated ship dates from 4 different people, so I cancelled the order. They sent a nasty response to my cancellation request because it's "difficult" for them to process order changes on the backend. Customer service is absolute trash.
