April 13, 2018Ooooooh, how I love this piece!! I bought it in all 3 colors (since I love velvet in silky fabrics, NOT poly), but I haven´t worn it till now when spring is coming. I LOVE it. it falls soft and pretty on my body. Not cut too low. Simple, but in an interesting way. The shine is lovely. I am in love with the colors, but must admit that I would like it in more colors; deep burgundy, indigo blue, dark marron, olive green, gold. This is my all time favorite top from J Crew. It is TTS. I have been wearing it with jeans and high healed velvets shoes and gold chains. With stockings woolen shorts, long slim boots and military J Crew jacket. Thank you, J. Crew....!!!

Great quality, meh cut
March 9, 2018The quality of this velvet is totally luxe and gorgeous. Unfortunately, I found the cut very unflattering and kinda frumpy-- just a shapeless tank with large armholes. This is definitely a personal thing, and if a loose tank is your thing, it's definitely worth trying this one for the extra soft, luscious velvet.
