Slim boyfriend jean in Shelton wash

The color is just what is shown in the picture. The length just reach to the ankle. Will be better if it can be longer a little bit. I love it for it is cotton-made, but it also gives it a little stiff, not that smooth feel. Overall it is a great jeans and will definitely recommend it to others.

I am a denim conassaseur. I have purchased many a pair of jeans from many a brand (several expensive ones, too!). Jcrew has the best for me. The fit is slimming, the fabric is heaven. This particular jean had a funny smell (from the color of wash it is?) and was pretty baggy. My usual size was big enough to slide off my body without unbuttoning. I purchased a size down, and they fit much better (still baggy, but that is the look), but the style was just not me. I like a tailored look, and these were a more slouchy, casual, almost “messy” look. Some people look great in this style, I am just not one of them.

I really wanted a pair of light blue jeans & I’d been stalking these for a while...at one point they were even sold out. Ordered my usual 26, expecting some slouch because they’re BF jeans....when they arrived I loved everything about them! Until I put them on! Easily could have gone down to a 25, maybe even a 24! I’ve washed & dried numerous times but they’re just too big. Couldn’t exchange, smaller sizes were sold out. Considered tailoring, which is why I ripped tags off (I really wanted to love these!). Cute style, great color, just didn’t work out for me.

I'm still on the fence about if I will keep these. The whiskering is more pronounced than I was expecting and they seem to be wider at the bottom than the photo shows. Also, just to be aware, the hem is raw. I didn't see that in the description and was surprised by that when they came. Not a deal breaker for me, but something to know. I am usually a size 29 in the skinny jeans, I ordered a 28 in these and they fit perfect with a little room still like the boyfriend fit is. I like that they aren't huge, but still comfy. I like the light wash and would for sure keep them if I liked the whiskering better. I may decide to get over it and cut the tags still after I shop around some more.

OMG, love these jeans. Happy, happy, happy the way they fit, and ease of movement. I'm in heaven!

This light color denim is hard to find especially if you don't want a distressed look. The whole jean has the same finish/coloring. Very comfortable yet runs large. It stretches with use so it gets larger. Go one or even two sizes down for a relaxed look that is not overly baggy.
