A real disappointment
September 8, 2026Really disappointed with these. They do look great and were comfortable initially, however the soft suede straps collapse into the footbed making them a pain to put on. And after about three weeks of fairly heavy wear, the straps had stretched so much that I had trouble keeping them on. I started with straps on the third-from-tightest holes. Before long I had to tighten them by one hole and then another. With no more room to tighten, and annoyed by the collapsing straps, I ended up throwing them away after a month. I love Birkenstocks, but wouldn't buy suede ones again.

March 28, 2026Always wanted Birkenstocks and it does not disappoint. Very comfortable and looks great. Solid fit and feel.
