January 29, 2023I really hope J. Crew brings these back as they are superior in every way to the current 484 stretch chinos. The quality and fit of these were fantastic and lasted me for many years. Very disappointed with the new chino line that replaced these, they just feel so cheap in comparison

October 12, 2022I have purchased many of these 484 broken-in chinos over the years. They are a staple in my wardrobe. I hope J.crew brings these back because i'm not a fan of stretch chinos and it seems i'm not alone. I love love love these. Please bring back!!!

The PERFECT chino
April 8, 2022If you have been searching for the perfect chinos... your search is over! I have ben wearing this particular style for years. The 484 slim fit broken in chinos are perfect for work, date night, church, or even just a causal wear instead of jeans. The material is heavier but i like it.

The Last Holdout of Cotton Chinos
February 20, 2022Easily my all time favorite pants. They last and look good forever because of the 100% cotton composition. An appropriate slim fit and finished with high quality hardware that doesn't wear out before the pants (YKK Zippers). Other brands use a cheap pocket lining or the weight of the fabric is not up to snuff. Work wear or in the office, you're fine. Have a heart J. Crew, keep these around and promote them in multiple colors. Some of us really enjoy and grew up with cotton, we like the sturdiness, feel and fit.

Even at a 40 these where tight
February 9, 2022They fit! Kinda… my body type is average for my size, but I fluctuate between a 38-40 waist on most days. The 40 here was too tight, I would size up. The leg fit was great however.

Great Pants - Needs more offerings
December 12, 2021My favorite non stretch Chinos on the market. Unfortunately it's getting harder to find 100% cotton chinos anywhere. Glad to see that JCrew is is still offering this timeless classic. Hoping to see an expanded offering soon that is comparable to the color options that are offered on the 484 Stretch.
