Lighter material than years past

Very thin…
October 8, 2022The material is very thin, like pajama pants. Great style, but sheer when held up to the light (see photo). I have several pairs of brushed twill 484’s from a couple years ago that are still going strong, but these are significantly lower quality. I’ll be returning them. Such a shame!

Lovely 484 variety
December 9, 2021These aren’t actually as heavy a material as you might think from looking at them. I was thinking they’d be more suited for cooler weather but I think you could rock these year-round. I’m glad to see they brought back the dress pant inner button closure that used to appear on J Crew chinos about 6 years ago - just a nice touch. These are a little tight at first but ease up after one or two wears. You can easily dress them up with a blazer or down with a t shirt. I’d call these a hit!
