Short-sleeve polo sweater

Great to see JCrew take a chance on a style that's a bit out of the ordinary. You don't see polo cardigans much these days. It's a style that was popular in the 30's or 40's and was worn by Jude Law's character in The Talented Mr. Ripley. This button-through polo cardigan is stylish, comfortable and appears to be well made. I'm 5' 7" and 150lbs and a size medium fit me perfectly. I liked this so much I also bought the plain navy one. Will go nicely with pale pink shorts and an espadrille or suede loafer this summer. Here's an idea JCrew - make something like this in washable merino wool also.

It was in this shirt that I had an accident. I was in charge of my nephew for the day and we were out on the balcony at my house. I've fed a couple seagulls in the area before, but this time I was attacked en masse by a hoard. What felt like 100s of seagulls swarmed my deck. As I rushed my nephew inside, tons of them pecked and clawed at me, but the material of the shirt did not cut or fray at all. This shirt is very durable and despite the small cuts I did receive the fabric washed really well! I have no complaints at all.

I’ve been interested in adding a knit-style shirt sleeve polo shirt for a few years without luck. Saw this offering from J Crew and decided to try- really like how it looks. Cool retro shirt that I’m going to use to mix it up this summer. Great fit and materials!

Very nice, got 2 colors. Initially ordered the medium but felt it was little "boxie" returned and got small. The navy looks very luxurious.
