17 customer reviewsWhat customers are saying:
This top gets a lot of love for its pretty eyelet, crisp fabric, and statement-making look, with several customers saying it feels beautifully made and very flattering when it works. The dramatic ruffles are the standout detail, and they give the blouse lots of volume and personality. Fit seems a bit inconsistent, with some customers suggesting sizing up while others found their regular size best, so it may be worth checking your usual size against the reviews. Overall, it’s a cute, eye-catching blouse that pairs nicely with jeans or dressier bottoms and tends to draw compliments.

I got a compliment my first day wearing it!
August 10, 2021I wear size 8 in J Crew. I ordered the medium in white and it's perfect! I'm average height, 34D cup. The ruffles are over the shoulders and down the sides, not on the bust. The waist is tapered. The wrap has a hook and eye for modesty, but I still pin it because the hook sometimes opens. The fabric is crisp and bouffant. The tie defines the waist. I wore this with wide leg navy pants like the model. Technically, fashion rules say wear skinny pants over a volume top but I don't always do that. I am a romantic with an hourglass figure and I prefer flowy clothes anyway. The lady at the Starbucks drive up loved my style.

Order your normal size
July 28, 2021I would have loved this shirt in my normal size, but this is one time I was really led astray by reviews. There seems to be a consensus that this runs small, so I ordered a size up from my usual. I’m normally a true size 2 or XS in tops and dresses - my bust is 32DD, 26” waist - but I sized up to a Small in this top. When I put it on, I was drowning in so much fabric that it’s unwearable. The interior button at the waist could be moved a good 2”, maybe even 3”. It gapes open at the chest, and with no tension the flimsy hook and eye closure is completely useless. Maybe mine came from a weird batch, but I found that this runs huge. I probably could have sized down to an XXS.
