1 day agoI love me a tote, so now own the Montauk in navy/cream canvas. I also got it monogrammed since I'm a 1980s prep at heart! I also love how you can snap the sides to get a tighter fit. Which is why I'm docking a star. This doesn't have a zip or even a partial zip. There's a leather tie at the top, but if you leave the tie undue, then the leather ties just hang at the side of the bag, which looks sloppy to me. But if you don't care about this, then the Montauk could be the perfect bag for you.

Great Tote for Daily use
September 13, 2026This Montauk tote is of the highest quality. Bought Small in navy/white. I really appreciate the rounded handles that are superior to other flat handled canvas bags. Most comfortable. The closure apparatus is simple and the weight of canvas is not heavy nor flimsy. Will last a lifetime.
