too much leverage showing
June 9, 2024I was hoping to like this summer dress, but unfortunately, I have to return it. I tried it with a strapless bra, then my bra was still showing. I tried to wear it without a bra, but I couldn't. The uppercut is for someone with a very small figure like less than 34b Cup. I have to return it due to that alone. I don't want to show my boops, sorry.

Light summer dress
June 5, 2024This dress is a really cute light summer dress. I am 5’2’ and 105lbs with a small chest. This dress fits like a maxi dress on me. I don’t think if I had a larger chest this would work due to the chest area being small. The dress also has pockets! One thing I don’t like about the dress is that it isn’t lined. You can’t see through it but it is a very light thin fabric. I was surprised. I got the dress on sale so I was fine with the lining.

I would skip this one
June 3, 2024I wish I had passed on this one instead of buying it on final sale. I have a super small bust, so I don't have the same issues as other reviewers with the bust area. The fit is fine for me, but I'm just underwhelmed. I was surprised to find that t isn't lined, which makes it feel a little cheap to me. The print is ok, very orange. Just kind of meh overall.

The Good, the bad and the Ugly!
May 31, 2024Where to start with this dress? First, as all have cheerfully expressed, the print is outrageously beautiful!! I feel lucky to own this as there are not any prints out there like this, very old style Italian! Fabric is super light and best of all....NO LINING!!! Thank you J.CREW!!! I did not have any issue with the bust, at a happy 34B! The cut of this dress, however is hugely unflattering! It's like something out of a Jane Austin film, which I happen to love and respect, but don't want to dress like them. It's cut like an ugly nightgown! I'm going to happily remove about 3 inches from each side to slim it down for a much better look. Gold wrap sandals will do the trick. Hello Summer!

Sweet floral dress
May 24, 2024I waited for this to go on sale so when it did I grabbed it up and I’m so glad I did. Really lovely lightweight cotton floral print. I purchased the strawberry swirl print version of this too and I love them both. I’m 5’6 @ 170lbs 38B and the dress in M fits perfect. I didn’t have the issues with the chest as others did. But I don’t have a large bust so that helps. Overall a lovely dress.
