Great slacks but beware of the size guide.
December 18, 2020I used the size guide to estimate my size in these because it has been a while since I have worn J.Crew pants. The size guide recommended size 6 with an accurate height and weight (5'4", 150 lbs) and Madewell jean size 28, which did not sound right (I'm usually a M and size 8-10). I went to the store to try these on and I wear a size 10. They are slim fitting on my curvy frame. Nice fabric and well tailored.

Beware thin fit.
December 16, 2020I loved these pants and wanted them to fit so badly! Quality, color and style are beautiful. My problem was they are too thin in the thigh for me. I could pull them on, but too snug in the bum/upper thigh for comfortable wearing (and the plaid print makes every tight curve show). Great pant, but a thin fit.

Not just for December
December 3, 2020I have always love the Hayden. Being 5’4 the length is perfect ( no need to tailor anything). The quality and style are great. They are a little upgrade in style for work but great for a night out as well. The look perfect with a flat or a bootie. Most importantly though the quality is just the best I wear and wash them all the time and they come out of the washing machine looking the same every time. The plaid is just enough to be different and dark enough that these pants can be worn all winter.
