Side-slit featherweight satin maxi skirt

I suspect the reason this skirt is on clearance is because it was released in the wrong season. As an East Coaster, it strikes me as a not-particularly-effective autumn skirt, but an AWESOME summer one. It's delicate and ethereal. It does wrinkle easily, but since I'm styling it as a summer piece, I went with it by storing the skirt in a vertical twist. When untwisted result is a kind of organic micropleat that I quite enjoy. I got the large. It's too big in the waist but it's nothing a tailor can't solve simply.

This is a beautiful, lightweight and stylish skirt that can be dressed up or down! I ordered my regular size, but could have sized down. You'll LOVE this skirt!

I am an hourglass shape and often have trouble getting things over my hips and opt for M. I bought a S in this skirt reading the reviews and I could easily wear an XS or XXS. VERY stretchy waistband. But truly, beautiful. Both the flow and the color.

This skirt is so light but still not shine through, at least in the color I got. I was lucky to get one of the last pieces in ruby red. Such a beautiful rich red color. The skirt is flying in the wind and feels like silk, although it is not. I am 5.2 and need to adjust the length. It is too long for me. I want it as the length on the model on the picture. For this I have to cut around 15cm. The elastic band is not too loose, so it will hold there where it is. I am happy with the skirt and would highly recommend it.

Glad I bought this, reason for 4 stars is because it is very sheer. It will be perfect for Hawaii where I live. The slit is very high. I usually wear 4-6, but in this I bought a 2 and it is perfect. I am 5’3”, the length is perfect. Waist 27, hips 37 and the 2 is plenty of room, the elastic waist has lots of room.

I absolutely love this skirt. It’s super thin, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. It’s both airy and a bit sexy (the slit is perfect), and it has pockets. I purchased it in both the red and the blue.
