Disappointed
October 8, 2026I bought this cardigan last month. I am 5'4". I like the style and the soft feeling. However, the quality of the cashmere is not there. It started pilling after 2 weeks and it looks very bad now, very shaby. I bought other J Crew cashmere sweaters regularly and they 've held their condition for now. This cardigan was expensive but it is a waste of money.
