Cashmere relaxed crewneck sweater

I got this in the Neon Thisle Peach, which is a speckly pale fuschia pink, and a lovely color. I sized up to a Large, as I wanted it long enough and a looser fit than my normal medium, and I'm glad I did because I think it runs a bit on the small side. I do find this to be a thinner, lighter cashmere than I'm used to, but it's still a really beautiful sweater.

Gorgeous color, super soft, and slouchy-ish, but I ordered a size up from my usual. Cropped? It’s NOT at all. Maybe the previous reviewers and I received different sweaters.

I like the violet-like color (even with the speckles that another reviewer mentioned) but the fit is odd. It seems to be extra large under the arms and extra wide but it is so short - just hits the top of my hips. It doesn't look like the pictures...and it feels more light weight than some of the other cashmere sweaters I've bought recently from J Crew. It is a final sale, so guess I will learn to love it for at-home work days.

This sweater is not portrayed as a cropped sweater but it IS, I unfortunately cannot return it and it does not even reach my belly button. The fit in every other way is relaxed. Lesson learned.

Not sure if I even noticed this in the description- this has a cream/grey speckle to it- not a deak breaker but I thought it was going to be a liliacish colored sweater. Anyway, fits true to size.
