Rollneck™ sweater in Supersoft yarn

Obsessed with this one! Perfect fit!

I purchased this last month in the black color. My whole house is COVERED in black fuzz. This sweater is perpetually shedding all over everything! Its in the carpet, on the sofa, on my other clothes, towels, sheets. Truly the worst clothing purchase I've ever made in my life. Going in the trash. Goodbye.

I really don't like this "supersoft" yarn that JCrew feels compelled to use. It pills. It stretches. And, it just hangs on me all droopy. The more I wear it, the droopier it gets. Like the others, I wish I could return.

I wish I read this before I buy two: "I loved this when I first had it, but after one washing, the pilling began in earnest. I washed it in the gentle cycle with wool it’s and laid flat to dry. But the pilling is nonstop and when I wear it, I leave fluff and red tufts everywhere I go. I just put it in the trashcan of the hotel. I am staying in because I did not want my suitcase to be full of more red fluff that seems to be everywhere." I took them to the store and asked for refund and they said no refund since you washed them and you made a mistake and they have never had anyone else reported such and issue

Extremely disappointed in this sweater! The sleeves on the sweater are freakishly huge and baggy! I won't even be able to wear the two sweaters I ordered because the sleeves look absolutely hideous. The neck however has the opposite problem and is extremely tight and uncomfortable. What has happened to the quality of JCrew clothing? Super disappointed and I can't return because I bought on final sale. What a waste of money.
