Collection leather leggings

I wanted to love these pants because they are cheaper than other leather pants from major retailers and I like J Crew denim a lot but these pants were so poorly constructed. When I put them on I looked like a sad and aging Mick Jagger and the fit was very weird. Snug at the hips, huge everywhere else. The quality was also disappointing because the pants did not feel like leather or even faux leather. They felt like nylon.

I was looking for some leather trousers and assumed I’d buy black. Couldn’t believe my luck when I saw the navy. So much more stylish for casual wear. Look amazing with a soft jumper or a pale blouse. They are quite pricey but my husband treated me and I love them!

Dear Jcrew, Please make these leather pants in Tall next season!!! They are a tad too short for the women who usually buy Tall length and the hem; although generous can not be taken down in leather. Also there are two versions of Jcrew leather pants available and ladies, the quality of the leather is quite different; far better quality with the version that ”sits at the hips” (which is this version I’m reviewing; E4819) as compared to the version that “sits just above the hips”, which I found cheap. The problem for me was that this better quality version was cut super slim and the poorer quality was cut with a little breathing room.Tried my regular size 10 and next size up but neither worked. Jcrew leather pants are very pricey and the quality should be the same! Wanted to love these but returned them. Disappointed.

Very nice leather, very sold and simply beautiful. Runs slightly large. Should have order size 4 instead of 6.

I have been looking for real leather leggings/pants actively for over 1.5 years. Tried many different brands until i decided to try these in reg. Finally ordered regular size 8 and they are beautiful! The leather feels very smooth, it does not have a shine to it which is what i wanted: matte. They are long (petite has not been available) as i am 5'2" . BUT you can tuck these in and they stay in place if you do not want to spend more on hemming. I am 150 lbs, carry my weight in my belly, have a short torso, and like i said 5'2". I wear a size 8 in the easy pant so bought these in size 8 and they fit perfect in waist, upper tight and then as they near my knees - they became a very slim cigarette pant look. That slight room past the knee does not bother me. They mold well to your body. I also tried the 6 which fit but it had a slight pull near the crotch area.

I have had my eye on these for awhile and so glad I finally ordered them. When I first took them out of the box I thought they looked too small but once on they were perfect. Super soft matte leather. There is a cotton lining that makes them so comfy and the wider waist band is very comfortable too. I am typically a P00 in J.Crew pants and these were true to size. They do stretch slightly after wearing a bit so it is a good fit if they feel a little tight when you first get them. I did get them shorted about an inch because I thought they looked best on me just above my ankle. For reference I am 5'3" 100 lbs. Worth every penny and will be a classic for years to come!
