Polka-dot embroidered tulle dress

Love, love this dress! I was so happy when my size showed up on the website (it had been sold out). I immediately ordered it and it is gorgeous! This dress runs true to size. This is a timeless and classic dress, with bit of a vintage look! Great wardrobe addition!

Really cute and fun but still classy. Good purchase when it was 50% off. Not sure it’s worth full price since there’s barely any fabric ha ha. The slip has adjustable straps, which is awesome!

I love the dress, but the slip is poorly made. So unfortunate. It is made out of cheap material and does not fit right. I am so disappointed. Thinking I have to buy a new slip for the dress, which is a bummer considering the cost of the dress.

Well I have to admit I saw this dress on a beautiful woman at an event I went to last weekend. I kept staring at the dress and thought I had seen it on J Crew's website. The dress waa stunning and sure enough it was a J Crew dress and still available. I actually ordered the dress that same evening. It just came today and fits perfect. I normally wear a size 2 or 4 in J Crew dresses and went with a size 2. I am 5"6" and weigh 122 pounds. It is actually a sheath slip with a polka dot tulle overlay. It is very well made and so one of a kind. Can't wait to wear it with beautiful heels or tall black suede boots for a more casual look.

I looked at this dress several times before ordering. I was hesitant because it looks a little boxy on the model. Also - it could be the flats J Crew paired it with that make it look a little frumpy. I normally wear a size 4 in J Crew dresses and ended up keeping a 2. By sizing down it fits me like a sheath but does not look too boxy around the middle. I'm 5'4" and the dress hits me above my knee. The details and fabric are both high quality. I dressed it down a bit and wore it with black boots and my black leather moto jacket to a charity event. I plan on wear it with black heals to another event coming up and it looks just as cute and a little dressier. Beautiful dress and very comfortable. I love log sleeved dresses and this was great because the shear sleeves made it a little less conservative. Very fun!
