What happened to the sizing!?
May 1, 2021My entire wardrobe is essentially from jcrew, including multiple pajama sets. I really don’t know what happened with this one... I am 112, small build, and always buy size XXS for everything, just like I did with this pajama set. The pajamas fit like they’re for my grandmother, looking like a size Large. Disappointing because they’re SO soft, but they were final sale and I don’t plan to wear them ever again.

April 27, 2021Was excited to add another pair of pjs. These however missed the mark; the pants are short and roll up while I’m sleeping making them less than desirable.

April 17, 2021These run very big. I am about a size 10 and got a Medium. The cuffs of the sleeves are hanging off of me, and the pants are VERY baggy. I had to check that I hadn't ordered a Large. I wish they fit better. They are very soft.

Awful customer care
April 13, 2021Got the wrong thing (blue and white striped turtleneck?) in the mail and instead of making it right jcrew said I had to return the wrong item and reorder this item which is no longer on sale. I guess I will never know if these are great pajamas bc I won’t be ordering from jcrew anytime soon. Nothing about this was easy or felt customer friendly and was honestly a beating to have to make a return and reorder a item I got on sale and pay more for it. Like seriously awful customer service for something that was 100% Jcrew’s fault.
