I am such a fan of liberty prints, so I bought it. The dress doesn’t fit me that great. Hoping the right necklace and shoes will help.

This dress runs at least one size large. I am 5' 9 1/2", 120lbs, with hips and broad-ish shoulders, more hourglass than straight, but small boned in my limbs. I usually wear 6/8 in J Crew dresses, Medium or Small in tops depending on drape. I ordered this dress in size XS and I could have probably ordered an XXS and still fit it. The shoulders are cut wide, the neckline is beautiful and square, the belt gives the waist some shape. I cut off the little string belt loops and it hangs much better that way. The colors are slightly muted and perfect for summer or fall, it's classic Liberty.

The fabric is lovely but the shape would not fit well on anyone who isn't very tall and very thin. Tried on my usual 2 and it was too big, too long, too awkward, it's very shapeless and needs the tie waste otherwise it looks awful.

Wanted to love this dress, have to agree with other review, runs very big in chest area and does not lay nicely. I ordered XS I am 5’5” 125 lbs, my original concern when ordering was it would be too small in chest area (c cup). I was very wrong, I am considering ordering in XXS because the liberty print is very pretty, the colors will go with a lot

Beautiful print but... Unfortunately, the top of this dress (across shoulder and bust) is much larger and longer than it should be for a medium and it wants to fall off of my shoulders and gapes at center front above chest. I’ll need to have this taken in. Craftsmanship is shoddy- loose threads, messy stitching, hem isn’t clean finished so it shows stitching.
