When I first laid eyes on this hat I knew I had to have it. Unfortunately my budget said otherwise and I was waiting hopefully for it to go on sale. The first run in my size M/L sold out and I was heartbroken. I checked back regularly and to my delight it came back in but this run of the hat does not resemble the picture at all. The tall part of the hat is about 1/2 the size and resembles more of a cowboy hat. The original is so striking. I don't know whose idea it was to alter the design to possibly save on materials but it was a misstep SO DISAPPOINTED!

I wanted to love this hat but both times I ordered it, it was packed in a too-small box. The brim got folded up on one side with no way to straighten it.

I absolutely love this hat. Fits perfect and is so stylish. I was concerned about the shipping but I received it with my box in perfect condition. I hope that there will be a similar winter hat. This hat❤️

Obsessed. I ordered both sizes as my head was between the two listed measurements. I went with the smaller size because I wanted to position it a bit forward and I think it runs a tad large based on the measurements and other hat sizes I gave. Definitely buy, will be in it all summer.

When I saw this on the website I had to have it! I didn’t want to purchase online due to the fact another straw hat I purchased arrived crushed. The website showed that my local JCrew had it in stock. I searched for the hat in store and it was no where to be found. I inquired and the hats were sitting in the storage area. This hat! It is beautiful and suits my personal style. I purchased the larger size to accommodate all of my hair. It is very well made, a unique find and worth the price. I so appreciate the collaborations JCrew does. I can’t wait to wear this hat and will proudly display it when I’m not wearing it. Would love to have this style hat in another material (wool maybe, limited edition collection piece maybe?). I absolutely recommend this hat.
