This dress is a great transition piece. The fabric is more substantial than a dress shirt. Sleeve detail is gorgeous. I found it to be a little short on me (I'm 5'3") so I sized up.

I am very pleasantly surprised with how comfy and cute this is in person. Right now it’s a little stiff, but adorable with flats, strappy sandals or some sneakers. Love to be able throw it on, and I pulled together. I love the thicker cuffs too. Just a great fit/cut. Very happy with my purchase!
