Last pair of j crew shoes I buy
May 4, 2025After two years, i can confirm these are the most uncomfortable shoes I have owned, in any category. They are brutal on your feet, they never broke in, and i am throwing them away tonight. Listen carefully: under no circumstances should you buy these.

Fits true to size
Garbage Shoes
December 21, 2024I bought these for work at the end of September for a new job I was starting in November. Didn’t wear them until I started the new job. Beautiful looking shoe but that’s where it ends. Let’s just say I could sneak up in anyone at a rock concert with these shoes on. The speaking is unbearable. I took them to a cobbler who had a look and said he would have to resole the shoe. Don’t waste your money. The fact the J. Crew is still selling them is embarrassing. Trying to get customer service to help me was a challenge and I still don’t know if they will reimburse me on return. If I could give zero stars I would.

June 27, 2024I never thought I woud have to leave a negative review for a J.Crew product. At first, I did not believe the other reviews when they wrote about the squeak which they heard after a few wears. I thought, "J. Crew must have solved this issue by now," but, alas, they did not. Just as most of the other reviews mentioned, my shoes looked, felt (and sounded) great for about five-to-eight uses, but then the squeak appeared, and it only got worse. I spent almost one-third of the shoe's cost at a cobbler trying to fix the problem, but to no avail. I cannot say that this purchase will turn me off from J. Crew, but it will be a long time before I buy more footwear from the brand.
