Tall size staple blazer in a classic color
May 31, 2025By the time I saw this blazer online, what would’ve been my optimal size (Tall 6) was sold out. I hover between a Tall 6 and Tall 8 in blazers depending on the cut and fabric. This one seems to run a bit large and is wide on me. Sleeve length is ample (I have long slender arms and slim but athletic shoulders) on my 5’ 8.5”/130 lb frame. I really appreciate how it was shipped- ready to wear on a hanger, tissue in the sleeves, protected in a plastic bag and outer cardboard box. I’m all for eco-friendly shopping most of the time, but there’s nothing more disappointing than getting a wrinkled high-end blazer delivered in a crumpled bag. One thing to note- the shoulder pads seem to extend slightly beyond the seam at the sleeve and it creates a slight hollow/dent where my shoulders and arms meet. Beautiful, perfectly classic tan color, lovely details, well made. Scored it on sale, so I’m not mad it’s a little big…
