3rd party has taken over return policy Good luck
5 days agoApparently there is a new 3 rd party handling returns and I was blocked from any returns or exchanges. This was never stated on there receipt or in store. I had bought 5 days prior and never removed tags or wore item. This is shocking new policy as a frequent shopper or jcrew and madwell. I have been given 280 days until I am able to do another return.

1 week agoThe best jeans ever!! I own 5 pairs in different denims (white, black, dark wash, medium and lighter wash). Sizing slightly varies based on the stretch of material. Most flattering and comfortable jeans I own. I buy a new pair whenever on sale
