9" high-rise toothpick jean in Blue Harbor wash

I love them. They fit perfectly and beautifully. Cinch my belly in (thank you JCrew, the COVID got me). Perfect length. Love this color. I bought them on final sale and was worried about the fit but they are perfect.

The description says these are their stretchiest denim and I have to say that is it disappointing and totally not true. These barely have any give, the denim is stiff and uncomfortable. I’ve owned many versions of the toothpick style and this one is terrible. I returned another color because the 26 was too big and these I ordered on final sale and in a 26 and are too small. Meanwhile I have 3 pairs in 26p that fit perfectly. I wanted a longer length for the winter. I just wish these had one ounce of stretch to them because I chase and lift two toddlers all day and jeans need to be comfortable. My mistake for final sale was excited to have inexpensive jeans for the park these unfortunately will be donated. Too bad because the color was perfect.

These jeans are extremely flattering and made with nice quality denim. I’ve only had them for a couple of days and have been wearing them around the house to see how they will stretch out. They haven’t stretched much at all so they definitely retain there shape. I think they run a tad small but not enough to size up. My measurements are 25” waist 34” hips and I bought a 25. The description says the inseam is 28” but on a size 25 it measures 27 1/2 which is almost to short for my 5’6” frame. Overall, I love these jeans because of the darker wash and that they are well made and super slimming. I’d definitely buy them again.

I love JCrew Toothpick jeans and this pair did not disappoint. It fits perfectly in my regular size with just the right amount of stretch. They don't bag at the knees and stay up (without a belt!) all day. The color is great, too. Definitely recommend!
