Customers really love these sweater pants for their flattering shape, comfy feel, and polished look that works for everything from work to travel to a night out. Many mention the fabric feels nice and substantial, with a smooth drape that isn’t clingy and isn’t see-through. The length seems especially good for petite customers, and several say the fit runs true to size. Overall, they’re getting a lot of wear and repeat buys, with a lot of compliments along the way.

fit for a cut-out doll
2 days agoI purchased these thinking they were the same style as the Delaney kickout sweater pants, with the flattering seam down the front of the thigh. Unfortunately, they’re not. It’s hard to explain, but this cut feels flat — almost literally like a one-dimensional pair of pants. The Delaney kickout version contours to the body in a much more flattering way. I think that front seam is what makes the magic happen: it gives the pants shape and creates a longer, leaner line. These aren’t terrible, but if you’re looking for the fit and shape of the Delaney kickout pants, these are definitely not the same.

Buttock seam in the back is a puckered mess
July 19, 2026I was really disappointed with these pants. I liked the fabric and fit, until I turned around. The back center seam is noticeably puckered in two places—one lower on the buttocks and another near the waistband. The fabric pulls inward at those points, creating visible indentations instead of laying smooth—like shown in the photos! **And I’m sorry, but if j crew has the same pants in same size; I feel like they should just reorder them on customer’s behalf and then a discount. But at the least, just let the customer keep the flawed item? Just seems unfair to have to do the whole treturn thing because this essentially damaged ! looks like a sewing or construction flaw and gives the pants a cheap, poorly made appearance. On top of that, there are tags sewn into the inside of the pants directly beneath the lower puckered area and another near the waistband. Because of their placement, they create visible outlines and appear to contribute to the distortion of the fabric. These tags should have been positioned differently or designed to lay flatter.

Not Flattered
July 2, 2026I like the cotton sweater pant better, even though it runs smaller than these. . I find the upper leg very unflattering in the white. And the length on me is neither cropped nor full length—hits unflatteringly about an inch above my foot. I am 5’6”. Ill have to wear these with a big sweater. The fabric is quite heavy. TTS
