Tall pull-on midi skirt in cotton poplin floral

Cute skirt, pretty good quality. I am 5"11, ordered the large hits at mid-calf. It runs huge, I made the mistake of buying Large, I could have ordered a small, it was on sale so I can't return. This skirt was well worth the $40 sale price, but definitely size down a couple.
