Nicely Tailored Jacket
48 minutes agoThis jacket is structured, great for dressier days at the office. The fit, for a 6 - my usual size, was just right, but bordering on too trim. So take that under advisement. The shoulders are a little squared off, or padded slightly. Not sure I love that part, but the quality of the linen material and tailoring is great.

Versatile blazer for a polished look
1 day agoI initially bought this blazer in Flax Ivory in a size 8, but exchanged for a size 10 since I wanted it to be a bit looser around the waist. When I up-sized, I was worried that it would hang too loosely at the shoulders, but luckily the sizing worked out. The color is neutral so it goes with a lot of my work pants and blouses and definitely gives a polished look. While the material is linen, it's not as light weight as you might think so just keep that in mind for the hot summer days.

excellent quality suit
6 days agoThis blazer and the matching (Lined!) pants are the quality I remember from J Crew 20 years ago. I used to buy all my suits there but had stopped -- the pants were no longer lined and they weren't offering wool, just synthetic fibers that pilled after a few months and became unwearable. Time will tell, but this linen suit appears to be a return to the good old days. J Crew, now you just need to bring back your wool suiting!!

Strong shoulders
1 week agoI bought this last month, and the shoulders are too strong. I look like someone out of the 80s, just too much for my frame. My mistake for buying something on final sale.
