Cashmere marled fold-over turtleneck sweater

I was looking for a cashmere turtleneck sweater in a lilac, lavender or dusty pink to go with a gorgeous plaid blanket coat I purchased and this fit the bill. The slight marled effect makes the sweater look more expensive. It's lightweight which makes it usable 3 seasons and generous in proportion (a little on the big side but good for casual fit). The cashmere quality isn't the top of the line but I wouldn't expect that for the price. It is soft and comfy (not itchy or too stiff). Overall, I think a great purchase and love the little pop of colour.

I love the color of this sweater- why I made the purchase. I got xxs and I’m still swimming in it. That didn’t bother me much, since I thought I’d wear it like an oversized sweater. However, the first time I wore it, for about 2-3 hours running errands, there are balling / pilling around the turtle neck area, where the sweater rubs against my skin. The fit around the neck is also a bit off - the neck is a bit long so when fold over once, the bottom of the neck doesn’t lie flat against the collarbone/chest area. It feels soft and I still love the color, so that’s the only reason I’m keeping this sweater.
