Poor quality
May 23, 2025Absolutely dreadful. Bobbled and I was asked to buy a comb when I emailed jcrew about the quality. Disappointed that Jcrew do not assess the materials that they are using.

Terrible material
April 20, 2025Purchase the item on sale, but I wore it once and the material is terrible. After wearing it one time it looks like I’ve had it for a number of years. I am very dissatisfied with this product and I wish I could return it. The only nice thing is the buttons.
