5 days agoWanted to love these because I love how classic and chic they are. Sadly the black leather weren’t as comfortable as I thought they’d be. I could feel the heel and also felt like they were snug at the top but could slip off at my heel

Streched out and unwearable upon arrival
1 week agoWorst J Crew purchase ever. Cheap. Plasticky. Arrived over stiffed and starched that they are unwearable. So stretched out they will not stay on my feet. The era of J Crew having quality shoes is over.

2 weeks agoI’ve been buying these flats for years and this is the first time I’ve been unhappy with the quality. The leather black flats started pealing back from the toe after a few weeks. Hope this was just a bad batch and the quality will be better going forward Sara
