Great Styling and Versatile
2 days agoLove the styling. These are versatile and comfortable (once you have broken them in with a few wearings.) They run big so I would size 1/2 a size down.

Stylish but not as comfortable as anticipated
June 19, 2026They are very cute and I love how versatile they are. They fit larger than I was expecting and I got blisters on back of my heel within first 10 minutes of walking in them. They are not as comfortable as I was expecting but also need to be broken in a bit.

Cute but painful
June 8, 2026These shoes are soooo cute BUT I walked maybe 10 minutes in them and they gave me the worst blisters I’ve ever had. It’s been almost a week and I still can’t wear shoes with backs.

June 6, 2026Arrived haphazardly placed in the box, a sign of what was to come: these shoes arrived damaged. Two smudges on the suede on the one shoe, very noticeable as the suede is rougher and discolored in those areas. The other shoe has a smudge where the sole meets the upper. This is the second item I've ordered in less than two months that arrived damaged. I am losing faith in J. Crew. Quality control standards don't exist for items that have obviously been worn then resold to faithful customers like myself for a steep price point. I've been a faithful customer for a long time but no longer.

Nice neutral for all seasons
June 4, 2026This suede/ leather mixup is perfect all year round. It’s a narrow cut but I’m average and it’s ok but if wide feet make note it could be an issue. Love the look because it can work casually, for work , travel ready.
