Beautiful and true to size
May 26, 2025I bought these boots in a size larger than I usually wear with the expectation the boots would be too tight. I have average calves and normally purchase my boots a half size larger. I regret not buying my true size or a half size up. For reference I am size 7 and purchased size 8. I can wear them, they look ridiculous. I would size up a half size.

The Not so Perfect Patent Boot
February 4, 2025I’m mad with myself for not fully reading the description. I didn’t realize it was a slip on boot which makes ZERO sense for a tall boot! Even if you size up you can’t fit your foot in it. Jcrew knows it hence why you can’t return or exchange. Now to spend $$ on adding a zipper 🤦🏾♀️ I gave it a 3 star because it’s a cute boot but makes no sense that they didn’t add a zipper.

Great patent boots

The wrong boots
January 8, 2025I bought this boot because I liked the look. I wasn’t aware it had no zipper, I assumed it did. Without a zipper these boots are really hard to put on and take off and do not come up my leg. I guess you must have skinny legs / feet. Now I’m stuck with a pair of boots that I cannot return.
